Some open-source software that I use for workThe R project - a statistical / programming environment based on the S language. Ubuntu - the most popular distribution of the GNU/Linux operating system. A highly recommended alternative to MS Windows. JGR - a very nice graphical user interface (GUI) for R. Works on Mac and Linux.
OpenOffice - really makes you wonder why people still use MS Office. zotero - a reference manager software with word processor integration. Best open-source alternative to Endnote. Statistical resources |
